restrictions you may have. At the luncheon make your server
aware that you have had a special plate prepared for you.
When registering please be sure to give your first and
last name, as well as your telephone number.
If registering for a friend or guest be sure to do the
same. This will ensure that a nametag has been prepared for
you.
Registrations for the luncheons must take place by
phone starting September 10.
Once the reservation is made you can only cancel before the
deadline.
After that date you will be requested to pay for your ordered
luncheon.
